SMS Verify is a vBulletin Plugin for vBulletin v3.8x. and v4.x and requires Members to verify their Registration by entering their Mobile Phone Number to get a Verifcation SMS. The forum account will get activated upon successful verification of the SMS Code. This helps to reject and block spam and bot registrations.


  • Enable / Disable Registration Plugin
  • Two factor Authentication System
  • Works with Clickatell SMS API
  • User gets SMS Verification Code
  • User needs to enter the Code on the forum registration page to verify the registration
  • User gets an eMail or PM upon successful verification
  • vBulletin 3.8.x or vBulletin 4.x
  • PHP Version 4.2 or later
  • Apache Web Server 1.3 or later
  • MySQL Database 2.23.32 or later
